The "Pour, Shape, Light" experience and all associated branding, logos, and minimalist designs are the exclusive property of NOEMA.

• Proprietary Content: All "satisfying" video content and product imagery are protected by intellectual property laws.
  

• User Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission from NOEMA.

 

Limitation of Liability

While our pearled wax is designed for a "relaxing, hands-on experience," users must follow all safety instructions.

• Fire Safety: NOEMA is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of wicks or vessels.
  

• Product Variations: As our wax is crafted from coconut wax, slight variations in pearl texture or scent intensity are normal and part of the artisanal experience.
