How does pearled sand wax actually work?
Our wax consists of tiny pearls that stay in a "sand" form. You simply pour them into a vessel, insert a wick, and light it. Only the wax immediately surrounding the wick melts, leaving the rest of the pearls fresh and reusable.
What are the ingredients in NOEMA wax?
We use a premium, 100% plant-based wax blend that is non-toxic, lead-free, and paraffin-free. Our scents are infused with high-quality fragrance oils designed for a clean, soot-free burn.
Is it safe to use around pets and children?
Yes. Because our wax is plant-based and produces no toxic soot or smoke, it is a much safer alternative to traditional candles. However, always keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
Can I use my own vessel or container?
Absolutely. You can turn any heat-resistant glass, ceramic, or metal container into a candle. We recommend a vessel at least 3 inches wide to ensure the flame stays centered and safe.
What happens if the candle is knocked over?
One of the unique safety benefits of sand wax is that if the container is tipped, the pearls will largely move to smother the flame, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to liquid wax.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders below this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened products. To maintain our hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
