Damages and Order Discrepancies

We take immense pride in our packaging, which is designed to be "minimal, gift-ready, and designed to impress". However, should your order arrive in a state that does not meet these standards:

• Documentation: Include high-resolution photos of the damaged shipping box and the product itself.
  
  

• Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items proven to be defective upon arrival.
